David on Chocorua Gallery: Drawings - Autobiographical Description: Depressed by the unfair allegations against me, I tried to escape by climbing Mt. Chocorua, in New Hampshire's White Mountains. Exhausted and distraught, I sat upon a log. And while I rested the birds and creatures of the forest approached and their lively non-judgmental activity renewed my sense of closeness, if not to my own kind, to the world of nature.
